CODE OF CONDUCT:
1. Only English must be spoken during council proceedings.
2. Dress code for the first day (15/09/23) is ethnic dress, and for the second day (16/09/23) is western formals.
3. General decorum must be maintained at all times.
4. Participants may not leave the designated area during the conference.
